Finlay Foundation Awards $10,000 Matching Grant to Program Assisting Families and Children with Disabilities

MILFORD – The Finlay Foundation on Tuesday, June 8 proudly presented the UNH Institute on Disability with a $10,000 matching grant for its NH Leadership Series, which provides families and children with disabilities with invaluable advocacy and life skills. The Foundation this past spring had issued a challenge to the Institute, pledging to match any amount up to $10,000 that the Institute could raise at an April Leadership Series event. The Institute at that event – a reunion of previous classes and graduates – succeeded in raising more than $15,000 to assist with scholarships and educational programming. Read More
